OUR AREA

Extremadura is probably the part of Spain furthest removed from the hustle and bustle of the modern world. Rolling countryside providing grazing for flocks of sheep protected by dry stone walls is dotted with historic towns and charming villages. The pace of life here is slow, and hasn't changed much over the last few hundred years.

Very different from other parts of Spain, this is an area undiscovered by tourism and foreign residents alike, and the low property prices reflect this.

Extremadura is a large place – roughly the size of Switzerland or Holland – and at the moment we operate in three main areas. Around the historic town of Trujillo, in the Sierra de Gata in the north west corner of the region close to the Portuguese border and Las Vegas Altas, the beautiful area around the lakes approximately an hour south of Trujillo. We are planning to open more branches in due course but if we do not currently have an office in your preferred area don’t worry, we do have lots of local contacts in all parts of Extremadura who know of all sorts of properties for sale.
