OUR SERVICE

Our service is totally free to buyers. Unlike many – if not most – agencies in Extremadura we do NOT charge you anything if you buy a house through us. No initial registration fee, no buyers commission on completion (which some agencies “forget” to tell you about); just a totally free, personal, highly professional service from a fully-registered and licensed legally formed Spanish company with a British owner.

Buying a property in Spain can be fraught with difficulties but we are here to help you every step of the way. From help with registering with the Police (a legal requirement), opening a Spanish bank account, introductions to English speaking local lawyers, translation and the many and sometimes slightly obscure beaurocratic steps involved in buying property, we are at your side all the way - all included as part of our service.

You've no doubt heard horror stories about the legal problems some people have experienced when buying property here in Spain. Many of these have been caused by not taking correct legal advice beforehand but you do need to be careful.

Many of the properties in this area, especially in the countryside, do not come with full paperwork that you would take for granted in the UK but this can usually be formalised before you actually complete on a sale. We can talk you through the potential problems and along with your lawyer we can ensure that the property you buy does not turn into a horror story for you.

And if you are planning to renovate or extend a property we can point you in the right direction and help you get the right planning permissions.

And what's more, as we live here permanently, we will be around after you have bought to help you with any difficulties that arise. And hopefully, like many others before you, you will go from being clients to friends and neighbours!
